Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and assist with financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a sound understanding of accounting principles, practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel, and good communication skills to coordinate with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales, purchase, expense, and journal entries.
- Maintain ledgers and perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and manage invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist with GST returns, TDS calculations, and related compliance activities.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients regarding accounting-related queries, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and periodic reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Practical knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.




- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact with clients and handle professional correspondence.
- Solid numerical, analytical, and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and time-management abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is proactive, organised, responsible, and comfortable handling both accounting operations and client coordination.
