Job Summary We are looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day accounting operations, financial records, taxation and statutory compliance. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally Prime and MS Excel, with the ability to independently handle routine accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries.
- Handle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and General Ledger.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.
- Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation and TDS calculations and filings.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS and other applicable tax requirements.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheet.
- Monitor vendor payments, outstanding receivables and payment follow-ups.




- Maintain cash flow records and monitor financial transactions.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and statutory authorities.
- Maintain proper accounting documentation and financial records.
- Assist management with financial reporting, budgeting and cost control.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Valuable analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in construction, transport, infrastructure, electrical, solar or project-based companies will be preferred.
