Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Office Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday and Sunday

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, financial records, invoices, payments, and basic taxation-related work.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, and receipts.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Maintain daily cash and bank transaction records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Manage purchase, sales, and expense entries.
- Handle vendor payments and customer payment follow-ups.
- Assist in GST calculations, GST returns, and filing-related activities.
- Handle TDS calculations and related documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.




- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment details.
- Assist with internal audits and other accounting activities.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS procedures.
- Understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or Any Degree with relevant accounting knowledge.
- 6 Months to 1 Year of experience in Accounting.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, and MS Excel are preferred.
