Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, budgeting, and financial controls. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage the complete accounts and finance function.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and cash flow management.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Monitor outstanding payments, receivables, vendor accounts, and customer balances.
- Ensure proper implementation of internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Manage payroll accounting, statutory deductions, and employee-related financial transactions.




- Oversee inventory accounting, stock reconciliation, and branch-wise financial reporting.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com).
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Expertise in Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and MIS.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple branches and large-volume transactions.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.

- Accuracy and timely closure of monthly accounts.
- Timely GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Effective cash flow and working capital management.
- Reduction in outstanding receivables.
- Accurate inventory and branch-wise reconciliation.
