Job Title: Account Executive

Job Location: Astron Chowk, Rajkot, Gujarat

Job Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred

Job Responsibilities

1. Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
2. Manage purchase entries, sales entries, invoices, and billing.
3. Maintain accounts using Tally Prime / Tally ERP 9.
4. Handle GST-related documentation, GST reconciliation, and assist with GST return filing.
5. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain bank statements.
6. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
7. Follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments.
8. Maintain petty cash, expense records, and vouchers.
9. Assist with TDS calculations, documentation, and compliance.
10. Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
11. Coordinate with Chartered Accountants (CA) for taxation, audits, and financial documentation.
12. Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Tally knowledge is compulsory.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and reports.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple accounting tasks independently.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Must be responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
