The Academics Coordinator will oversee the academic programs at our CBSE school in Malegaon, ensuring alignment with educational standards and fostering a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that align with CBSE guidelines.
- Coordinate the academic curriculum and ensure it meets the educational standards set by the CBSE.
- Oversee the planning and execution of academic programs and schedules.
- Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of students and teachers.
- Facilitate teacher training and career development programs.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administration to foster a positive learning environment.
- Manage academic records and documentation in compliance with CBSE requirements.

Skills and Qualifications





- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in academic coordination or a related role in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using educational software and tools for academic management.

salary 35k-38k
