We are hiring an experienced Academic Counsellor for a reputed institution in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound leads and telephonic counselling.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission targets through effective follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records using CRM tools.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Experience in academic counselling, admissions or premium education sales.
- Solid communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
- Confident,



professionally groomed and target-driven.
- Proven ability to handle high-value course enquiries and conversions.

Preferred Industry Background: Candidates from aviation and hospitality training institutes, hotel management colleges, professional training institutes and overseas education consultancies will be preferred.
