Key Responsibilities
· Counsel prospective students via phone, video calls, email, and chat regarding Data Science and AI programs.
· Understand learner career aspirations and recommend suitable certification tracks
· Handle inbound and outbound leads via calls, chats, and virtual platforms
· Convert qualified leads into enrollments
· Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules
· Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Strong communication and convincing skills
· Target-driven and result-oriented approach
· Basic understanding of Data Science & AI career paths
· Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
