Eligibility Criteria

- Only 2025 and 2026 Engineering Graduates are eligible to apply.
- Freshers only – candidates with no prior full-time work experience.
- Must be available to join immediately.
- Should be willing to commit to a 3-month internship .
- Must be comfortable working from the office.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Recruitment: Understand various IT roles, technology stacks, job requirements, and industry-specific skill sets to identify suitable candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, qualified networks, Boolean searches, and other recruitment channels.
- Technology Understanding: Develop a strong understanding of technologies across Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and other emerging technology domains.
- Candidate Screening: Evaluate resumes, assess technical skill alignment, understand project experience, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Initial Candidate Engagement: Connect with potential candidates, communicate job opportunities, understand their career interests, and assess their suitability.
- Requirement Analysis: Understand job descriptions, technical skills, experience requirements, and client expectations before initiating the sourcing process.
- Candidate Coordination: Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates,



collect feedback, and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Market Research: Research talent pools, identify relevant companies, map potential candidates, and understand the availability of skills in the market.
- Recruitment Tracking: Maintain candidate databases, update trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Skills & Competencies We're Looking For
- Good understanding of IT technologies, software development concepts, and emerging technology trends.
- Strong interest in Technical Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent sourcing and research capabilities with the ability to identify relevant talent.
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate databases will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and resume-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant technical skill sets.
- Good interpersonal skills with confidence in interacting with candidates.
- Proactive attitude, learning mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to take ownership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

- Duration: 3 Months
- Eligibility: 2025 & 2026 Engineering Graduates only
- Joining: Immediate joiners only
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Mode: Work from Office (WFO)
- Location: Nagasandra, Bengaluru – Opposite IKEA
