A premium sports-bar and entertainment & dining venue in Khar, is looking for two warm, energetic Guest Experience Executives to be the face of our floor. If you love people, stay calm in a full house, and take pride in making every guest feel looked after, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:

- Welcome, greet and seat guests, and manage reservations, waitlists and walk-ins
- Be the first point of contact on busy evenings and match nights
- Handle guest requests and complaints warmly and quickly
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar and service team for a smooth experience
- Build relationships with regulars and keep the energy of the room high

What we’re looking for:

- 1–4 years in guest relations / front-of-house at a restaurant, bar, lounge, club or hotel
- Warm, confident spoken English and Hindi
- Comfortable with evening, weekend and match-day shifts
- Presentable, high-energy and a genuine people-person
- Based on or near the western line (Khar / Bandra / Andheri) preferred
