We are a growing kids' wear apparel brand looking for an energetic, results-driven Sales Executive to expand our market footprint. In this role, you will be the face of our brand to multi-brand retail outlets (MBOs), garment distributors, and boutique kids' store owners. Your primary focus will be presenting our seasonal collections and securing bulk purchase orders

Key Responsibilities:

New Account Acquisition & B2B Sales:

- Identify, pitch, and onboard new retail partners, multi-brand outlets (MBOs), and regional clothing distributors to expand retail presence.
- Travel locally/regionally to showcase new seasonal collections, catalogs, and fabric samples to category buyers.

Account Management & Order Pipeline:

- Maintain excellent relationships with existing retail clients, regular dealers, and corporate buying offices.
- Coordinate closely with the inventory and billing team to track production timelines, ensuring orders match client requests.
- Track slow-moving items at client storefronts and proactively suggest stock-rotation, design variations, or seasonal bundling strategies to protect recurring orders.

Market Intelligence & Sales Reporting:





- Track market trends, competitor pricing, margins, and shifting preferences in kids' fashion (fabrics, colors, seasonal demands).
- Gather explicit feedback from retailers regarding which design numbers or size matrixes are performing best on the shelves.
- Maintain a clean sales pipeline tracker, detailing conversion rates, pipeline values, and outstanding client follow-ups.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- 1–3 years of field sales or business development experience, specifically within apparel, textiles, retail distribution.
- Proven ability to confidently pitch product value, overcome pricing objections, and close wholesale business deals.
- Strong understanding of retail math basics (e.g., margins, markdowns, Minimum Order Quantities/MOQs).
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a warm, resilient, and qualified attitude.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client door to door visits and trade exhibitions.
