Job Description

VERSE ASSOCIATES is looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to develop our B2B wholesale business.

The candidate will be responsible for visiting clothing shops, garment retailers, hosiery stores and wholesalers to introduce our products, generate business enquiries and collect orders.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Visit clothing shops, garment retailers and hosiery stores in assigned markets.
- Introduce VERSE ASSOCIATES and explain our products and wholesale services.
- Show product catalogues, samples and wholesale price lists to shopkeepers.
- Generate new B2B customers and build long-term business relationships.
- Collect wholesale orders from interested retailers.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Coordinate with the company for order processing and delivery.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer information.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Follow up on pending payments and customer enquiries.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month.
- Travel Allowance: As per company policy.




- Performance Incentives: Additional incentives based on sales performance.
- Salary will be paid monthly.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.
- Job Type: Full Time.
- Work Mode: Field Work / Market Visits.
- Job Location: Assigned sales markets.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass.
- Experience: 0–2 years in Field Sales / Marketing / Retail Sales.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can also apply.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Must be comfortable visiting different markets and meeting shopkeepers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and WhatsApp.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Must be hardworking, confident and target-oriented.
- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.
