Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Configuration Specialist with 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience, specializing in Record to Report (R2R), Revenue Accounting (RAR), and Fixed Assets & Reporting (REFAR). The ideal candidate will have deep functional and configuration expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP RAR (IFRS 15 / ASC 606), and end-to-end core FI/CO modules.

Key Responsibilities

- SAP FICO Configuration: Lead end-to-end configuration and implementation for SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO modules within SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Revenue Accounting & Reporting (RAR): Configure and manage SAP RAR processes, including Performance Obligation (POB) identification, BRF+ rules, contract management, revenue postings, and compliance with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 standards.
- Cross-Module Integrations: Validate and troubleshoot integrations between SAP RAR, SD, FI-GL, and upstream billing systems.
- Financial Processes: Manage Record-to-Report (R2R) workflows, period-end closing activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Specification & Delivery: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and robust SAP configuration solutions.




- Testing & Support: Drive integration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, data migration, and global post-implementation production support.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with financial business goals.

Required Qualifications & SkillsMandatory Requirements:

- 7–10 years of core IT / consulting experience in SAP FICO implementation, enhancements, and global support environments.
- Robust hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, preferably within SAP S/4HANA (including Universal Journal knowledge).
- Comprehensive expertise in core SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO modules.
- In-depth practical knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and revenue recognition rules under IFRS 15 / ASC 606.
- Proven configuration experience with POBs, BRF+ rules, contract management, and revenue postings.
- Strong grasp of Record-to-Report (R2R) cycles, financial data migration, and period-end close procedures.

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in implementation and support models across retail, tech, or industrial sectors.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹2,800,000.00 per year
