Job Summary

We are looking for an interactive and customer-oriented Retail Sales Executive to manage walk-in customers, promote broadband and CATV services, generate sales leads, and handle customer complaints. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, promoting new services, and maintaining daily sales and customer interaction reports.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customers and assist them with their queries regarding broadband, CATV, routers, and other company services.
- Promote and explain new products, plans, offers, and services to customers.
- Generate sales leads for broadband and CATV services through walk-in customers, telephone calls, and customer references.
- Understand customer requirements, handle objections, and convert potential customers into sales.
- Address customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team for timely resolution.
- Draft and send complaint-related emails to the technical team and ensure proper follow-ups until resolution.
- Maintain customer interaction records and update all details in the system.
- Prepare daily walk-in customer reports,



complaint follow-up reports, and sales lead reports.
- Prepare and maintain MQ and PP work reports.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers to ensure service satisfaction and generate business opportunities.
- Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow the company's dress code and workplace guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Basic computer knowledge with working proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interactive, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle customer queries, complaints, and objections effectively.
- Basic sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good email drafting and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, front desk, customer service, or telecom sales.
