Required Skills:
- Solid hands-on experience in SAP BASIS Administration.
- Experience with SAP ECC, CRM, BW, PO and Gateway.
- Knowledge of system monitoring, troubleshooting, transport management and performance management.
- Experience in incident management and production support.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
