Key Responsibilities

- Tally accounting, client data collection.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other tax filings in compliance with statutory requirements
- Manage invoices, expense reports, vendor payments, and client billing
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliations
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting
- Work with external auditors and ensure compliance with all financial regulations
- Generate reports for management review and support budgeting/forecasting activities
- Maintain organized records for payroll processing, PF, and ESIC (as applicable)

Requirements

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Finance (CA Inter is a plus)
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks,



or similar accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliance
- Valuable understanding of MS Excel and financial reporting
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
