SMARRTIF AI is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic HR intern to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, onboarding, and administrative activities, offering an opportunity to develop practical HR skills in a skilled work environment.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Recruitment & talent acquisition: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Candidate communication: Communicate with applicants regarding job openings, interview schedules, assignments, and selection updates.
- Onboarding & induction: Support joining formalities, documentation, onboarding coordination, and employee orientation.
- HR documentation: Maintain employee records, internship agreements, offer letters, HR policies, attendance records, and other confidential documents.
- Attendance & leave management: Assist in tracking attendance, leaves, and employee working schedules.
- Employee engagement: Support employee engagement activities, feedback collection, and internal HR communication.
- HR operations: Assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining trackers, updating spreadsheets, and managing HR databases.
- Policy & compliance support: Assist in implementing HR policies and maintaining organized documentation for HR processes.
- Exit formalities:



Support employee exit documentation, feedback collection, and clearance procedures.
- Administrative support: Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
