Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing setting. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and shaping these insights into comprehensive business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across different teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME,



collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
- Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Capability to guide and support the implementation of key business transformation initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
