Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- Experience with natural language processing and conversational AI frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used for conversational agents and software development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment of conversational solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize conversational workflows for improved user experience.
- Knowledge of integration techniques for connecting conversational agents with backend systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Google CES Conversational Agent.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
