Experience: 1–3 years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Eligibility

- Graduate with 1–3 years of international voice/customer service experience in BPO/BPS.

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Windows and computer applications.

- Strong data-entry accuracy.

- Willing to work rotational shifts,



weekends and overtime when required.

- Telecom experience and knowledge of Australian/New Zealand culture are an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries.

- Provide effective solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage complaints and escalations professionally.

- Communicate with customers and internal teams.

- Follow process guidelines and compliance requirements.

- Maintain quality and service standards.
