The Role As a Program Manager within the Strategy & Insights team, you will help build and scale new program verticals at Elevate. This role is suited to someone who enjoys solving open-ended problems, building from scratch, and working across teams to turn ideas into tangible outcomes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, including travel to partner campuses as required, to ensure launch readiness.
Own initiatives from initial setup through launch and ongoing operations.
Coordinate across academics, operations, sales, marketing, finance and product teams to drive execution.
Define KPIs, monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate insights into actionable plans and drive implementation of cross-functional projects.
1–3 years of experience in program management, business operations, consulting or similar roles.
- Experience setting up, launching or scaling a program, initiative or business vertical from scratch.
- Robust problem-solving, project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive execution across teams.
- Strong AI orientation, with the ability to leverage AI tools for research, analysis, automation and problem-solving.
You enjoy building from zero to one and creating structure where none exists.
