We are seeking a Integration Support Analyst to join our Operational Core Services team. This role is responsible for monitoring purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, tracking acknowledgements and shipment status, resolving operational issues, and ensuring accurate order status updates across internal systems.
Maintain accurate order status in the Order Tracking Sheet and Customer Support Portal.
Collaborate with Customer Support, Integration, Implementation, and Procurement teams.
Meet departmental SLAs and quality standards.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer support, procurement, supply chain, healthcare operations, or integration support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience supporting healthcare procurement or hospital supply chain operations.
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms.
Familiarity with ERP systems and purchase order workflows.
