TECH LEAD - FULL STACK (NIGHT SHIFT)

Pathfinder Business Analysis is hiring a Tech Lead (Full Stack) in Coimbatore to own night-shift production support for the internal platforms used by hundreds of consultants, agents, and staff across Houston, India, and Colombia.

You will resolve production tickets quickly, troubleshoot servers, processes, and applications, and reach out to the business team or developers without delay whenever an issue needs their input.

Pathfinder Business Analysis builds and runs the CRM, client portal, hearing preparation, research, and data platforms behind a Houston-based property tax consulting business.

Night shift, overlapping US Central Time business hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST during US daylight saving time)

Project Manager

Own the night-shift production support queue: pick up, prioritize, and resolve tickets within agreed response times.

- Troubleshoot across the full stack: application servers, Windows services, scheduled jobs and processes, databases, APIs, and front ends.
- Analyze logs, error traces, SQL Server query plans, and server metrics to find the root cause, not just the symptom.
- Ship hotfixes or safe workarounds quickly, then follow through with permanent fixes.

Hand off cleanly to day-shift teams with a status summary of open issues and next steps.

Lead and mentor the night-shift engineers: assign tickets, review fixes, and coach on troubleshooting.

- Spot recurring issues and drive permanent fixes, monitoring, and alerting with the development teams.
- Contribute hands-on full-stack fixes and enhancements in React, Node.js, and SQL Server.

8+ years of professional full-stack development experience,



including 2+ years leading engineers or a production support team.

- Proven production support experience: owning a ticket queue, resolving incidents under time pressure, and meeting response targets.
- Top-notch communication: confident and quick to reach business users, US stakeholders, and developers to get issues resolved, with excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong debugging and analysis skills across servers, processes, and applications: Windows Server, services and scheduled jobs, IIS, PM2, logs, and performance metrics.
- Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills: T-SQL, stored procedures, blocking and deadlocks, execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Node.js (NestJS, Fastify, or Express), with the ability to read unfamiliar code and fix it quickly.
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore on a permanent night shift aligned to US Central Time.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Ticketing and incident tools such as Azure DevOps Boards, Jira, or ServiceNow, and ITIL incident and problem management practices.

- Monitoring and alerting: health checks, event logs, Performance Monitor, or similar tools.
- Azure experience: Blob Storage, Azure OpenAI, Entra ID (Microsoft 365) SSO.
- Analytical databases such as ClickHouse, or data pipelines at the scale of millions of rows.
- Experience supporting a US headquarters across time zones.
- Domain experience in property tax, real estate data, or CRM systems.
