Title: Recruitment Manager Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan - Onsite
DataSoft Technologies is seeking a talented, driven Recruitment Manager to support and expand its US Staffing Services business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle US staffing, specifically for Engineering and Technical roles across IT, Construction, and Manufacturing domains.

Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Search, X-Ray Searches, social media platforms, and networking strategies.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and talent networks.
Meet daily and weekly submission targets by presenting quality candidates to clients.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Follow company-standard recruiting and quality processes.
Maintain accurate records within ATS and HRMS systems.

Prior experience in US Recruitment/Sourcing is mandatory.

- Advanced expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.




- Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, HRMS/HRIS platforms, JobDiva, and other ATS systems.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing processes and compliance requirements.
- 5–10 years of experience in recruitment management, talent acquisition, or talent strategy.
- Familiarity with technical recruitment across IT, Engineering, Corporate, Technology, Construction, Manufacturing, or Sales domains.
- Ability to design and implement innovative recruitment strategies.
- Experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Twitter/X for talent acquisition.
- Good to have: Experience working on RFPs, including pricing.
