Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Operations Team Lead to manage day-to-day business operations, ensure service delivery excellence, drive operational efficiency and lead a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily delivery operations and ensure smooth execution of business processes.
• Monitor operational performance against SLAs, KPIs and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
• Manage workload allocation, resource planning and productivity.
• Track operational metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.




• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure effective service delivery.
• Drive process standardization, quality improvement and operational efficiency.
• Conduct performance reviews, team meetings and coaching sessions.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and operational procedures.
