- Master's degree in Psychology / Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology or a relevant discipline.

Relevant experience in counselling, psychology, mental-health initiatives, or community development.
Strong research, writing, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to work across clinical and business responsibilities.
Experience from a reputed university or institution.
Experience building something independently: a startup, student organisation, community, initiative, or project.
Leadership experience in college societies, student councils, NGOs, or skilled communities.
Experience conducting workshops or working with corporates and institutions.
Experience creating SOPs, research documents, presentations, brochures, and assessments.
