Executive - HR

Executive – HR will be responsible for supporting key HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation management, payroll and attendance coordination, and employee lifecycle processes. The role involves close interaction with employees, candidates, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities, accurate record management, and compliance with organizational policies. Additionally,



the incumbent will support recruitment coordination and contribute to delivering a positive employee experience.

Senior General Manager – Human Resources

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in commerce and science, BMS

Experience (No. of Years) : 2- 3 Years in HR

Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas)

Strong attention to detail key for document verification

Lead site recruitment activities for open positions.

Coordinate campus hiring initiatives and build a talent pipeline for trainee-level and other vacant positions.

Prepare and maintain recruitment-related MIS.

Provide accurate and timely inputs for payroll processing and Full & Final (F&F;) settlements.

Address employee queries and support resolution of employee concerns and grievances.

Coordinate with the GEEC team to ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Ensure timely maintenance of employee records and compliance with HR processes and policies.
