Join a Wayside Amenities project that includes a fuel station, hotel, retail, warehouse and F&B; block.
What you'll do:
- Interpret and implement architectural, structural and MEP drawings; handle setting-out, layout marking and level checks
- Prepare BOQs, material take-offs and work-front-wise quantity estimates
- Check formwork, reinforcement and concrete pours before sign-off, in line with IS codes
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and utility consultants to resolve site queries
- Prepare RFIs, method statements and technical checklists
- Review contractor and vendor work plans for compliance
- Track material testing (concrete cubes, soil, steel) with third-party labs
- Prepare as-built drawings and handover documentation
- Measure quantities and progress for contractor billing

- Strong technical and analytical problem-solving
- Precision in quantity estimation, layout and quality checks
- Transparent communication with consultants, contractors and management
- Ability to manage multiple work-fronts
- Willingness to be based full-time at the highway project site
