TechIndia Software is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive with experience in international IT sales, Upwork bidding, and lead generation.

Location Preference: Only candidates currently based in Kanpur or willing to relocate to Kanpur should apply.

Experience: 1–3 Years
Identify and generate leads for web development, web design, SEO, and digital marketing services.
Find relevant projects on Upwork and submit customized proposals.
Generate international leads through LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other online channels.
Maintain lead records and work toward business development targets.

1–3years of experience in Business Development or IT Sales.

- Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding and proposal writing.
- Positive understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing services.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of lead generation, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
