About BeatRoute BeatRoute is a Goal-Driven AI platform for retail sales and distribution. We work with over 200 brands in FMCG, consumer goods, building materials, pharmaceuticals and more, including Valvoline, Unilever, Perfetti Van Melle, Hero Motors and JSW Paints, across 20+ countries.
The people we sell to are sales heads, distribution heads and CXOs at these brands. As an SDR here, your job is to earn their first conversation with us, with outreach that shows you understand how their business sells.
You'll fill the pipeline for our account executives, from outbound and inbound.
Research target brands and the people who run sales and distribution there.
Reach them by phone, email and LinkedIn, with outreach that's specific to their business.
Book first meetings for our account executives, and hand over clean notes.
Keep the CRM up to date and track what's working: connect rates, replies, meetings, pipeline.
1 to 3 years as an SDR or BDR at a B2B SaaS company.

- You're comfortable on the phone with senior people,



and you write short, sharp emails.
- You've used tools like a CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), Apollo or similar, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Selling to consumer brands or enterprise buyers is a plus, not a must.

Cold calling: getting senior buyers to stay on the phone and agree to a meeting.
Writing short, personalised cold emails and LinkedIn messages.
Account and prospect research: finding the right people and a real reason to reach out.
Running multi-step outreach sequences across phone, email and LinkedIn.
Keeping a CRM up to date (HubSpot or Salesforce).
Apollo or similar, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Explicit spoken and written English.
A quick intro chat.
