Job Overview
We are looking for Spanish Language Experts to support procurement operations. The candidate will provide Spanish language assistance for procurement-related activities, ensuring compliance with client legal and statutory requirements, company processes, and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role involves handling procurement requests, supporting Purchase Order (PO) creation, interpreting Spanish-language inputs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Spanish language support for procurement and supply chain operations.
- Receive and review Purchase Requisition (PR) and Supply Chain (SC) requests.
- Perform standard checks and due diligence before processing requests.
- Support Purchase Order (PO) creation and procurement activities.
- Interpret Spanish-language inputs and communicate process-related information.
- Coordinate with customers, third-party stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Handle operational queries and provide timely clarifications in Spanish where required.
- Track pending requests and follow up on open items.
- Follow customer-defined escalation procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests within SLA requirements.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality targets.
- Perform peer-to-peer quality checks to minimize processing errors.
- Identify and support process improvement initiatives.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), training manuals, and compliance guidelines.
- Participate in client calls and business communications as required.
- Maintain effective communication and qualified relationships with stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10+2+3).
- 1–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good Spanish language proficiency with the ability to understand and communicate process-related information.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with PR/SC handling and PO creation support.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Understanding of customer quality and productivity expectations.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts.
Shift Details
- Shift 1: 5:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Shift 2: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Candidates must be flexible to work in both shifts.
