Key Responsibilities • Handle incoming interior design enquiries and understand client requirements.

• Meet clients and conduct site visits when required. • Understand client budget, lifestyle, design preferences, and project requirements. • Prepare and present interior design concepts and proposals. • Create and modify layouts, 3D views, material selections, and presentations. • Prepare accurate quotations and project estimates. • Explain designs, materials, specifications, pricing, and scope of work to clients. • Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project handover after booking. • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline. • Negotiate with clients and close interior projects. • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process.



• Achieve monthly sales and project closure targets. • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and closures. • Build strong client relationships and generate referrals. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of residential interior design. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills. • Valuable understanding of modular furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, lighting, flooring, and other interior works. • Ability to understand drawings and design concepts. • Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D software, or interior design presentation tools is preferred
