You'll build the real-time, AI-heavy platform behind Suki OS.

Core platform for real-time clinical AI: Own the shared backend services behind every Suki module, including audio streaming, note generation, LLM orchestration and access control, built for low latency and high availability.

AI agents end to end: Use tool calling, MCP, evals, safe rollouts and production observability.

Evolve the gRPC/REST APIs and SDKs our partners embed, and scale messaging,



storage and data on Kubernetes and GCP to HIPAA and SOC 2 standards.

AI-native development: Use AI coding agents across the development lifecycle, and help set the tooling and review practices that keep quality high.

7+ years in backend engineering, including technical leadership on large-scale systems

Expertise in Go or Python, and in gRPC, Protocol Buffers and REST APIs

Hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, GCP and observability tooling (e.g., A pragmatic bias toward shipping, and clear communication of trade-offs

Experience working AI-native with coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), with the judgment to verify their output and building auto-verification and self-improvement loops.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

Designing, evaluating and operating LLM agents or multi-agent systems in production

Real-time streaming or speech/audio pipelines
