Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, along with robust knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews




Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
Build a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Required Skills
Experience with Naukri, Indeed, Foundit, Apna, and LinkedIn sourcing
Strong screening, headhunting, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred
