A leading European manufacturer is opening a shared-services centre in India to support its expansion into current Asia-Pacific markets, and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an International Business Development Manager to lead distributor and OEM account growth across the region. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Market Entry and Partner Development

Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnership and distribution agreements

Build a qualified pipeline of accounts across priority countries and product categories

Regulatory and Cross-Border Coordination

Coordinate with compliance and quality teams on product certification and import requirements for new markets





5 to 9 years in international business development, export sales, or channel partnerships within manufacturing or industrial goods

- Comfort navigating product certification, import regulation, and cross-border commercial terms
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Experience with industrial machinery, automation, or capital-equipment sales cycles

Working knowledge of a second language relevant to a target Asia-Pacific market

An MBA or equivalent in international business

Ownership of new-market entry for a European manufacturer's expanding regional distributor network

Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement
