We're looking for a UX Researcher who thrives on complex problem spaces and is comfortable driving research in ambiguity. You'll plan and execute end-to-end research studies, work closely with product owners, and help define experiences used by thousands of professionals in the US.

Location: Pune / Remote

Experience: 3-6 years

Type: Full-time

Own and lead UX research activities across discovery, concept validation, and usability phases

Plan, conduct, and synthesise user interviews, usability testing, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping

Create actionable outputs like personas, user journeys, service blueprints, and research reports

Translate research insights into product opportunities and design inputs

Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and front-end teams throughout the design process

Help shape our research practice as we scale, including mentoring junior team members when needed





Proactively identify new opportunities for research within existing client engagements to extend project reach

3-6 years of hands-on UX research experience (not internships or academic)

- Direct experience conducting research for enterprise or B2B products (SaaS, healthcare, platforms, or internal tools)
- Comfort working with US-based users and stakeholders, and ability to adapt research communication accordingly
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for explaining research to cross-functional teams

Experience working in healthcare, automation, or other complex, high-stakes domains

Comfort engaging with product owners and client stakeholders to shape research direction and priorities
