Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing HAIR RAP BY YOYO's online presence across key social media platforms. This full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling engaging content, and optimizing profiles and posts to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, writing captions and short-form copy, collaborating with the salon team to capture photos and videos, and monitoring comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand image.



The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, adjust strategies based on insights, and coordinate with marketing partners or vendors when needed to support promotions, events, and new service launches.
Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and improve visibility across platforms.
Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
Excellent Writing skills for captions, posts, short-form content, and basic storytelling around services and client experiences.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with the salon team, engaging with online audiences, and responding professionally to inquiries and feedback.
Experience managing brand pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube; Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools to track performance and optimize content (e.g., Prior experience in social media or digital marketing for salons, beauty, or creative industries is preferred.
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is beneficial, though relevant experience will also be considered.
