Role : We are hiring for a Java Backend Developer with strong hands-on development experience in the Fintech - Financial Services domain.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java.- Write clean, productive, reusable, and high-quality production code.- Build and enhance backend services and APIs for financial services applications.- Deploy applications on AWS and work with cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.- Understand and work with CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and release management.- Troubleshoot and resolve code-level issues while ensuring application performance, reliability, and security.- Leverage AI-powered coding assistants and developer productivity tools to accelerate software development.- Explore and work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) for integrating AI models with tools, services, and development workflows.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications :



- 6 years of hands-on Java development experience.- Strong coding experience in backend application development.- Prior experience in the financial services or banking domain.- Experience deploying applications on AWS.- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and software release processes.- Familiarity with AI-based coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar developer assistants.- Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and its application in AI-enabled development workflows.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications : - Experience building microservices and REST APIs.- Familiarity with Spring Boot and related Java frameworks.- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tools.- Exposure to integrating AI tools, LLMs, or MCP-based workflows into software development.
