Location: Bangalore (Work From Office)
Open Positions: HR Recruiter Intern / HR Recruiter (Full-Time)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Internship Stipend: 15,000 per month
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance and experience
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities for various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Support/Tech.
Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
Make 60–70 calls daily to connect with potential candidates and assess their suitability.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases,



and hiring reports.
Ensure smooth communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Coordinate with internal teams to understand their hiring requirements and support recruitment goals.

Requirements
Freshers or candidates with 6months–1 year of experience in HR, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition.
Strong interest in recruitment and Human Resource Management.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable making 60–70 calls per day.
Familiarity with job portals and basic recruitment tools is an added advantage.
Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
Comfortable working from the office.
Immediate joiners preferred.
