We're Hiring | Sales Manager – Freight Forwarding Location: Delhi

Experience: 5–10 Years

We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in Freight Forwarding Sales to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients and develop long-term business relationships.

If you have hands-on experience in Air & Ocean Freight and Import/Export operations, this opportunity is worth exploring.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business in Import & Export Freight Forwarding (LCL/FCL).

Generate sales opportunities across Air Freight and Sea Freight.

Acquire current customers and build a strong client portfolio.

Identify new trade lanes and explore domestic and international markets.

Manage freight rates, negotiations and logistics solutions.

Drive customer retention, repeat business and key account relationships.

Coordinate with Customer Service,



Documentation and Operations teams.

Maintain sales pipelines, regular follow-ups and achieve assigned targets.

Candidate Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant Freight Forwarding Sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of Import & Export (LCL/FCL).
- Experience in Air Freight and Sea Freight.
- Excellent business development and client relationship skills.
- Strong negotiation and target-achievement capabilities.
