Role: Preference Center UX Designer Experience: 4-6 years

About the Role
We are looking for a UX Designer with proven, hands-on experience designing and optimising customer preference management experiences (Preference Centers).

Mandatory Skills
Preference Center design - purposes, toggles, granular preferences, consent UX
Information architecture - taxonomy, hierarchy, navigation, card sorting
CX design - customer journeys, omnichannel preference experiences
Wireframing and prototyping - Figma, Sketch or Axure
Accessibility - WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA, inclusive design
Usability testing and UX validation - test design, moderation, analysis, success metrics

Preferred Skills
OneTrust Preference Center familiarity and configuration constraints
Privacy domain knowledge - GDPR, CCPA, consent frameworks
Enterprise design systems

Note
~ Hands-on Preference Center design experience is required for this role
