As a Business Analyst in the Transformation Delivery Hub, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects and change initiatives by understanding business needs, analysing processes, managing requirements, and helping shape solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
This role is responsible for independently delivering business analysis activities across small to medium-sized initiatives and workstreams. You'll work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts and delivery teams to investigate business challenges, define requirements, evaluate solution options and support implementation activities. You will contribute to improved business processes, better customer outcomes and successful change delivery while building robust stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

As a Business Analyst, you will:




Investigate business problems, opportunities and operational challenges to support solution design and decision-making.
Gather, analyse and manage business, functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop business process maps, workflows and analysis artefacts to support solution delivery.
Evaluate solution options, risks, benefits, costs and business impacts.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet business requirements.
Contribute to business readiness, change implementation and adoption activities.
Apply established business analysis methods, tools and governance practices to ensure quality outcomes.
Requirements elicitation, analysis and management skills.
Business process analysis and process improvement experience.
Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking and root cause analysis capabilities.
Experience managing requirements traceability and documentation.
UAT planning, coordination and solution validation experience.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
Data analysis and interpretation skills.
Exposure to business case development, feasibility assessments or change initiatives will be advantageous.
