Role Description The Cafe Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for overseeing daily cafe operations, including supervising staff, managing shifts, and maintaining a welcoming, customer-focused setting. The Cafe Manager monitors food and beverage quality, ensures adherence to hygiene and safety standards, and coordinates inventory, ordering, and stock control. The role involves managing cash and sales reports, supporting promotional activities,



and working to increase revenue and customer retention. The Cafe Manager also handles customer concerns, trains team members, and collaborates with management to improve processes, service standards, and overall cafe performance.

Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences and resolving concerns promptly.

Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff, engaging with customers, and reporting to management.

Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu understanding, quality control, and basic cost awareness.

Experience in Food Service environments, covering order management, hygiene and safety standards, and staff supervision.

Sales skills to support upselling, promotions, and day-to-day revenue growth in a cafe setting.

Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality management is highly desirable.

Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory management tools; Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
