Job Description :

TCS is hiring an SME for Technical Voice Support with solid functional knowledge of Adobe products. The role involves handling advanced technical queries, providing product guidance to global customers, and supporting agents through knowledge transfer, training, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle advanced technical and product-related queries concerning Adobe products.

- Provide clear, step-by-step solutions for product usage and troubleshooting.

- Support global customers through international voice interactions.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, refresher training, and agent coaching.

- Simplify complex product information into easy-to-understand guidance.

- Support floor teams with product knowledge and process-related queries.





- Help agents improve technical knowledge and customer handling.

Required Skills :

- Strong functional knowledge of at least 3–4 Adobe products.

- Experience in Technical Support Voice Process.

- Good B1/B2-level English voice communication skills.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to explain technical concepts and product features clearly.

- Knowledge transfer, coaching, and mentoring skills.

Qualifications :

- Relevant technical support experience.

- Strong product knowledge and international customer-handling skills.
