Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (B2C) role based in Chennai. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting consultations via calls or meetings, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The executive will collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from learners, and contribute to improving the sales process.



The role also includes meeting individual and team targets, preparing periodic performance reports, and representing Crio.Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation for B2C offerings.

Robust understanding of Business and commercial fundamentals related to education or training services.

Experience in Account Management, nurturing leads through to enrollment and post-sale relationship building.

Prior experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or edtech business development is preferred.

Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic productivity software to track leads and performance.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
