The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for driving the top-of-funnel candidate pipeline for high-volume customer service, technical support, and sales representative roles across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on executing aggressive multi-channel sourcing campaigns, organizing grassroots recruitment initiatives, and engaging active and passive job seekers to meet strict weekly and monthly class-fill targets.

Build, maintain, and segment continuous pipelines of qualified entry-level and experienced contact center agents.

Proactively source candidates via online job boards, resume databases, social media platforms (Facebook groups, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), and community forums.

Execute targeted Boolean search strings, keyword searches, and digital campaigns to tap into passive candidate pools.

Field Sourcing & Grassroots Recruitment

Plan and execute on-ground sourcing initiatives, including community open houses, mall roadshows, and mobile recruitment drives.

Partner with local universities, colleges,



and other educational institutions to coordinate campus career fairs and fresh graduate pipelines.

Digital Recruitment & Candidate Engagement

Moderate and generate engagement on local recruitment social media pages, running organic posting schedules to drive walk-ins and virtual applications.

run referral drives on the production floor to maximize employee networks.

Re-engage previous applicants, past runners-up, and dormant candidate databases through targeted SMS blasts, email drip campaigns, and direct messaging channels (e.g., Funnel Tracking & Data Reporting

Log all leads, applicant statuses, and campaign sources accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal tracking sheets.

Report daily and weekly lead generation metrics, contact rates, show-up rates, and pass rates to Talent Acquisition

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent practical experience considered).

Minimum 3–5 years of specialized talent sourcing or recruitment experience, specifically within a BPO/contact center volume-hiring environment.

Hands-on experience using ATS platforms, social media recruitment strategies, Boolean search, and bulk messaging tools (SMS/Viber/WhatsApp/Email).

Prior experience coordinating on-the-ground activations, campus visits, and local government partnerships.

Willingness to work flexible shifts (including night shifts or weekends during critical ramp periods) and travel locally for on-ground recruitment events.

Comfortable working under high-pressure recruitment cycles, tight class-fill deadlines, and fluid client ramp timelines.

Exceptional telephone, messaging, and face-to-face interpersonal skills to pitch call center career opportunities effectively.

Amenable to work onsite and in mid-shift schedule.
