Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Senior SDR
Experience : 3–5 Years

Its integrated technology platform helps restaurants streamline operations through solutions spanning point-of-sale systems, inventory management, business integrations, analytics, and customer relationship management.

The organisation is looking for an experienced and high-performing SDR / Senior SDR to strengthen its Sales Development function. The role will focus on building a robust sales pipeline through strategic inbound and outbound lead generation, engaging enterprise and mid-market prospects, and driving qualified opportunities across the India market.

Develop and optimise prospecting, qualification, and pipeline-building strategies.

Work closely with Sales, Marketing,



and Revenue Operations teams to align pipeline objectives.

Track conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline contribution.

Maintain CRM hygiene and drive the effective use of sales tools and processes.

Analyse performance metrics and continuously improve lead-generation strategies.

3–5 years of experience in Sales Development, Lead Generation, or a similar role.

Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound lead-generation activities.

Mandatory experience working in a technology or SaaS environment.

Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse sales performance.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
