The company is expanding its hotel partner network across Odisha and is seeking a Field Sales Executive to support this growth from Bhubaneswar. This full-time, on-field role offers a monthly salary of ₹27,000–₹30,000, based on experience and suitability.

Identify and approach prospective hotel partners through field visits, networking, and other business development activities.

Build a qualified pipeline, present Huts4u’s platform and partnership opportunities, and negotiate terms with hotel owners and management.

Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments, and coordinate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and operations.

At least 1 year of relevant experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales; hospitality, hotel, travel, or OTA experience is preferred.

Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage field operations independently.

Willingness to travel frequently between Bhubaneswar and Puri.

Access to a two-wheeler, a valid driving licence, and a personal laptop for partner onboarding and reporting.
