AARA Energy Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for hands-on Site Technicians to support our Industrial Rooftop Solar EPC projects and growing Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) vertical.
Location: Pune | Travel to project/client sites as required
Experience: 1–4 Years
Solar EPC | Solar O&M; | Electrical Installation & Maintenance.

Support installation and commissioning of industrial rooftop solar PV systems.
Assist with solar module mounting, cabling, earthing and electrical installation activities.
Carry out preventive maintenance, inspections and module cleaning as per approved procedures.
Support electrical testing and system checks under authorised supervision.
Follow electrical safety, work-at-height and quality standards.
ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electrician, Wireman, Solar PV or related technical trade.
Basic knowledge of solar modules, inverters, DC/AC systems, cabling and earthing.
Good troubleshooting ability, teamwork and willingness to travel to sites.
Fresh ITI candidates with strong technical aptitude may also be considered for trainee positions.
