As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software components that integrate seamlessly within larger systems or applications. The work environment embraces agile methodologies, encouraging iterative development and frequent feedback to enhance software performance and reliability. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation, focusing on delivering high-quality, efficient software that aligns with organizational goals and user expectations.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.

Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Apply approved AI coding assistants to Python services and automation scripts for code generation, refactoring, debugging, and unit/integration testing. Validate generated code for correctness, security, data handling, dependency risk, and performance before merge protect client data and retain human review accountability.

Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).

Strong experience in developing scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and tools.





Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

AI Technical Skills: Hands-on use of approved coding assistants (for example, GitHub Copilot) with context-rich prompting, generated-code review, and automated test validation. Ability to integrate LLM APIs into Python services, implement structured outputs and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and develop tested AI-enabled automation. Evaluate response quality, latency, cost, prompt-injection resistance, and sensitive-data handling. AI tech stack: Python, LLM SDKs/APIs, and project-approved retrieval/vector-store integrations framework examples include LangChain or LlamaIndex. Testing example: pytest. Framework and platform choices are project-dependent.

Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management, with experience across securities, trading, portfolio management, investment operations, and related financial services processes.

Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and reliability.

Good understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

Managerial Skills: Lead Python development and automation delivery through planning, estimation, work allocation, dependency and risk management, and stakeholder reporting mentor engineers and coordinate quality and release readiness.

Architectural Skills: Design modular Python services and automation frameworks with explicit interfaces, data models, dependency boundaries, and integration patterns evaluate concurrency, scalability, security, testability, observability, and deployment trade-offs, and document decisions.

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).

This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
